When you are making a personalized sales video, start by recording your message.
Find a well lit area with an attractive backdrop. Frame yourself up using the camera app on your mobile device. If there is someone around to help you shoot, that’s even better.
Talk to the person you are trying to connect with. It’s good to address them by name and tell them why you are sending the video.
Talk about your product or service, what it makes it special, and why they should use it. It’s good to use potential use cases or success stories.
End your message with a clear call to action. Invite them to an upcoming event or set up a demo. Don’t forget to smile!
Now gather your supporting shots. Use pictures or video clips of your product or service in action. You can shoot them with your device or import them from already produced videos, just make sure they are saved to the camera roll on your device.
Select your supporting shots in Step One, in the order you want them to appear.
In Step Two, select your sound bites that contain your personalized message.
Play back your soundbites and tap your supporting shots to follow them. When you are satisfied with your edits, preview and save your final video.
