The Customer Success Manager is a strategic role, where you will guide enterprise companies on creative strategies, deployment tactics, ROI measurement, and expert product training to ensure they make the best possible, most impactful videos.  S/he will be a video thought leader, drawing from the Videolicious track record of helping people create high quality videos for the first time, enhancing the way we work, sell, market, and communicate.


  • One or more year previous experience with SaaS customer success
  • Understanding of customer success best practices and implementation
  • Great customer communication skills and strategic thinking
  • Excellent customer retention and growth track record
  • A customer-first white glove support mentality
  • Passion and interest in video
